Like some other American cities after the war, the town of Dunkirk, New York, sought ways to help its sister­-city in Europe—in this case, war-battered Dunkerque in France. Goodwill visits and food parcels from Dunkirk encourage the citizens of the French town to rebuild—with the help of Marshall Plan aid. 1951, directed by Z. A. Touroff, script by Henry Altimus. Boris Morros Productions, Paris and New York, for ECA France.
