Silent*, b&w, 3+ min., 4 November, 1948. Through the Marshall Plan, the U.S. provides The Netherlands with grain. In Rotterdam, Dutch and American guests observe grain being transferred from the American ship Jefferson City Victor to another ship for inland navigation. Also shows a visit to the (bread) bakery of C. Ulrich in Hilligersberg and thence to the Stero (?) factories to watch the newly-arrived grain being turned into bread. Filming was completed before bread distribution in The Netherlands was stopped. No production information.([May have been taken from ECA newsreel footage.)
