Silent, b&w, 9+ min. Holland (The Netherlands), 27 Nov. 1951: Marshall Plan aid brings in the first of 25 locomotives to be delivered to the Dutch railroad system. These locomotives were built and designed in the U.S. A ceremony includes a train being officially turned over to the Dutch railroad system. The train is connected to others and moves off.
