Includes Communist parades, a mock fight between French youth and a U.S. Military Policeman and interviews with a French Socialist and U.S. labor officials Joseph Heath, and Victor Reuther, who tell how the Communists must be fought in France. Also shows Communist and anti-Communist posters on walls. Highlights the life of a French worker and his wife, as well as an exhibit on productivity. A French plant owner tells of workers' poor wages and the importance of increasing production. In a labor union school, students practice techniques of collective bargaining. At a union meeting, heated discussions arise. Joe Heath ends picture with a short talk on unions. 1953. No production information except "MSA."
